What we keep
- Your name and email, and whether you signed in with Google or an email link.
- Your leagues, picks, bankers and every change to them, with times. Your league sees picks under the game's rules.
- The emails we send you and whether they were delivered or clicked.
- Usage statistics: pages visited, when, for how long, and share-button taps. A random ID in your browser groups one visit's pages together.
- Recent sign-ins with the type of device, so we can help if you lose a phone.
Why
To run the game and its emails, to help you sign in, and to see in total how Prem123 is used so we can improve it. Usage statistics are never used for ads, never sold, and never combined with other sites. You can switch them off above at any time.
Who else handles it
- Render (Germany): hosting and the database.
- Resend: sends our emails.
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Anthropic: writes the commentary in league emails from players' first names, picks, results and table positions. No email addresses are sent.
How long
Account and game data stay while you play. Usage statistics are kept for up to 13 months. If you delete your account, your past results stay in league tables under an anonymous name.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, or object to how we use it. Email hello@prem123.com. We reply within a month. If you are unhappy with the answer you can complain to the Information Commission at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. The usage-statistics ID lives in your browser's storage and is switched off by the setting above. There are no advertising cookies.
